50th Graduation Celebration!

El Paso, TX, December 2, 2025– Project ARRIBA, a leader in workforce and economic development in the Paso Del Norte region, is pleased to announce its 50th graduating class of El Paso Community College, University of Texas at El Paso and Texas Tech University School graduates.

Celebrating 25 years of community service, the organization has facilitated high-skilled training to an at-risk population through its intensive case management approach and 360-degree wrap-around support services leading to over 2,141 program graduates who are equipped with skills necessary to access high-demand jobs.

An in-person graduation celebration to recognize the achievements of the Fall 2025 program graduates is scheduled for:

Sergio Coronado, El Paso County Commissioner, Precinct 4, will deliver the nights’ keynote address.

Commissioner Coronado represents west and northeast El Paso, focusing on stormwater improvements, park expansion, beautification, criminal justice reform, and workforce development. He launched the El Paso County Promise Program and led the planting of over 100 trees at Gallegos Park. A lifelong Canutillo resident and former Canutillo ISD Board member, Coronado holds a B.S. in Psychology from UTEP and a J.D. from UT Austin. His career spans roles with the Texas Attorney General’s Office, county attorney offices, and over 35 years in private practice.
