Recruitment Enrollment Process

Project ARRIBA is committed to supporting your career goals and helping you achieve financial stability for your family. Your case manager will be your advocate and connect you to the educational, financial, and social support systems you need to not only finish a degree, but also obtain a position in an in-demand field of employment.

Enrollment Process
1. Pre-Apply

Complete the pre-application to express your initial interest and be added to our system.

2. Attend Orientation

Complete the form below to be added to our Orientation scheduler. Orientations are held at Project ARRIBA every Tuesday at 1:30 PM. Virtual meetings are hosted the 3rd Tuesday of every month.

3. Complete Assessments

Take two exams to assess your strengths and areas where you’ll need support.

4. Provide Intake Information

We assemble your formal application.

5. Meet with Your Case Manager

We determine what support and assistance you will need to complete a program.

6. Await Review & Final Approval

We review your full application, assessments and the proposed support strategy. If approved, you are formally invited to be a Project ARRIBA participant.
