El Paso, Texas — Project ARRIBA, a workforce development initiative serving El Paso County, has delivered a transformative economic impact between 2020 and 2024, according to a new report by the Hunt Institute for Global Competitiveness at the University of Texas at El Paso. The program has added an estimated $284 million in lifetime earnings for its graduates during this period, contributing to a total economic value of $1.177 billion since its inception.
