Attention Project ARRIBA Participants
Vision, Initiative & Perseverance meetings are awesome. They are intended to help develop you for the workplace. As a participant in good standing, you should attend one VIP session each week during the fall and spring semesters and at least monthly during the summer semester. Please note, out of courtesy for the presenter, if you arrive late you will need to wait until the next session start time. All VIP meetings are mandatory to attend, if you cannot attend, please contact your case manager to schedule a separate appointment.

Program Information
Project ARRIBA assists economically disadvantaged individuals to gain the education & workforce skills needed for El Paso’s demand occupations that pay a Living Wage of $14 per hour or higher with benefits & a career path. We partner with our participants to provide the financial and case management support needed to complete training in a high-demand career. We invest in human capital which leads to workforce and economic development in our community, region, state, and nation.
