What We Do Success Stories

Jennifer Gonzalez graduated from the UTEP nursing program in May 2017, becoming the first participant to complete her BSN at the age of 19. Her remarkable achievement was possible due to her dedication from a young age, finishing early college and earning both her high school diploma and an associate degree by 17.
Jennifer began her career as a registered nurse in July 2017 at the Hospitals of Providence Memorial Campus in the Neonatal ICU, where she worked for nearly six years. She also completed a local traveler contract at Las Palmas NICU for three months in February 2023.
In May 2023, Jennifer embarked on a new journey by starting the Doctor of Physical Therapy Program at UTEP, with an expected graduation date of May 2026. She is currently finishing the didactic portion of the program and will begin clinicals in the summer of 2025.
Jennifer’s vibrant personality and positivity were truly remarkable during her time at Project ARRIBA. She excelled in her classes, tirelessly working to achieve a 4.00 GPA. Her current success is a testament to her hard work and determination
