What We Do Success Stories

Brandon Rodriguez graduated from the University of Texas at El Paso’s nursing program in December 2015. Since then, he has been working at University Medical Center (UMC), where he currently serves as the OR Nurse Manager. Additionally, he holds the rank of Lieutenant in the US Navy Reserve, with a combined annual salary of approximately $120,000.
During his time with Project ARRIBA, Brandon demonstrated exceptional leadership and a willingness to assist in any capacity. Whether speaking at Red Carpet events as a participant voice or preparing conference rooms for VIPs, he was always ready to help. Case manager Mimi could always rely on Brandon, even for tasks like ensuring less fortunate participants had transportation to and from school. Today, Brandon continues to give back by presenting at VIP events, where his expertise and insights are invaluable and inspiring to current nursing and health field participants. His smile has a way of brightening any room.
Brandon’s exceptional leadership, unwavering willingness to assist, and inspiring expertise continue to make a profound impact.
