Following graduation Jesse gained Clinical Instruction Certification through Texas Consortium for Physical Therapy Clinical Education. He has a dual license in PTA in Texas and New Mexico. He served as Chair to the Greater El Paso District of the Texas Physical Therapy Association 2022-2024 participating in advocating for the profession of Physical Therapy within the El Paso Community. He serves in the EPCC PTA Advisory Committee for the previous 10 years. He provides feedback to continue to create opportunities for the PTA career/educational growth and improvement int he El Paso Region. He has currently started a small business contract company and have partnered up with a home health agency in New Mexico. His future goals are to expand current business plans to stablish roots to begin the process to open a home health agency in Texas and southern New Mexico region.

Project ARRIBA has been one of the many steppingstones to pave the way of obtaining his dream goal as a entrepreneur/business owner though the skills, knowledge, and wisdom he has gained throughout the years through the field of Physical Therapy as a Therapist Assistant. Being constantly surrounded by colleagues in the field and individuals in our community who aspire to create a community that works in unity, has continued to give him the inspiration to continue to grow with him in his home of the El Paso community.
