During his service, Justin brought to the boardroom an exceptional blend of professional expertise and heartfelt service. With 25 years of real estate experience, including work in public financing and development within Municipal Utility Districts, Justin has long been recognized as a respected leader in both the business and civic sectors. As President of the Southwest Community Development Division at Hunt Companies, he has helped shape vibrant communities—experience that translated into invaluable insight for Project ARRIBA’s long term strategy and sustainability.
Beyond his board role with Project ARRIBA, Justin’s service to the El Paso region reflects a lifelong devotion to community betterment. He is the past President of the Rescue Mission of El Paso, serves on the Board of Directors for the El Paso Chamber of Commerce, and leads as President of the Board of Directors for the Dad’s Club Aquatic Center—a testament to the breadth of his civic engagement. As Chairman, Justin helped strengthen organizational governance, support strategic growth, and empower Project ARRIBA’s mission to lift workers out of poverty through education and workforce development. His leadership helped refine the board’s structure, expand community partnerships, and uphold the high standard of stewardship that defines our organization. His commitment to collaboration and his belief in the life changing power of workforce training have had a lasting impact on the organization and the thousands of individuals we serve.
