Education

Suamy Meza is the manager of the Community Education Program at El Paso Community College and has overseen the High School Equivalency Program project for the past five years. She serves as Parliamentarian of the National HEP & CAMP Association Board, the primary officer ensuring that the Board complies with the Association’s bylaws. She is enthusiastic about helping Association members build the best programs possible. Advanced knowledge of grant-funded program operations. Passionate about working with underrepresented populations, Ms. Meza is the coordinator for the Adult Education Program at Sacred Heart Church. Students from the Segundo Barrio face tremendous obstacles in completing high school and pursuing higher education. For over 15 years, the Adult Education at Sacred Heart has offered access to basic education.
