About Board & Leadership

I have been a part of Project ARRIBA since its inception in 1999, and I truly believe this organization changes lives. Over the last 25+ years, I have managed the day to day operations with my incredible team as we work to improve the talent force within the unemployed and underemployed community of El Paso.
In addition to leading Project ARRIBA, I currently serve as a board member of the Paseo Del Este Municipal Utility District 5. Previously, I have been a member of the Regional Economic Steering Committee, the Borderplex Alliance (Paso del Norte Group), the Association of Fundraising Professionals and many other local nonprofit organizations and committees.
Having grown up in El Paso, I’m honored to be able to give back to my community. As an ordained minister, I serve as the Elder and Executive Pastor of the Anchor Church of El Paso. I am a proud parent of two beautiful daughters, Adinah and Adelah, whom I share with my wonderful wife, Claudia, a graduate of NMSU and UTEP.
