About Board & Leadership
Justin Chapman is a graduate of the University of Texas at Austin and Baylor University School of Law.
After practicing corporate and real estate law for an international law firm in Houston, Texas, Justin joined Lennar Corporation as a real estate development project manager. After Lennar, Justin was hired and became the Vice President of a residential development company in Houston. In 2006, Justin joined the Hunt Companies. Today, Justin is the President of the Southwest Community Development Division of the Hunt Companies. Hunt Communities develops master planned communities and sells developed lots to homebuilders, commercial developers, and apartment builders. Justin has 25 years of real estate experience which includes public financing of development infrastructure and development within Municipal Utility Districts.
Justin is the past President of the Rescue Mission of El Paso and currently serves on the Board of Directors of the El Paso Chamber of Commerce, is the President of the Board of Directors for Dad’s Club Aquatic Center and is Chairman to Project ARRIBA.
