Project ARRIBA's 30th Graduation Celebration

Project ARRIBA, a leader in workforce and economic development in the Paso Del Norte region, celebrated its 30th graduating class of twenty-three El Paso Community College (EPCC) graduates and fourteen University of Texas at El Paso (UTEP) graduates. Since inception in 1999, the organization has facilitated high-skilled training to an at-risk population through its intensive case management approach and 360 degree wrap-around support services leading to 1,138 program graduates who are equipped with skills necessary to access high-demand jobs.

The ceremony recognized the achievements of Fall 2015 program graduates on Wednesday, December 16, 2015, at EPCC’s ASC Building A (Auditorium) located at 9050 Viscount, El Paso, TX 79925. A reception was held at 5 pm and the ceremony at 6 pm.

Carlos Leon, County Commissioner Precinct 1, delivered the keynote address.
