36th Graduating Class

El Paso, TX, December 20, 2018– Project ARRIBA, a leader in workforce and economic development in the Paso Del Norte region, is pleased to announce its 36th graduating class of El Paso Community College and University of Texas at El Paso graduates. Since inception in 1999, the organization has facilitated high-skilled training to an at-risk population through its intensive case management approach and 360-degree wrap-around support services leading to 1,361 program graduates who are equipped with skills necessary to access high-demand jobs.

A graduation ceremony to recognize the achievements of the Fall 2018 program graduates is scheduled for Thursday, December 20th, 5:00 PM at EPCC’s ASC Building A located at 9050 Viscount, El Paso, TX 79925.

El Paso Mayor Dee Margo, will deliver the keynote address.

About Project ARRIBA The mission of Project ARRIBA is to provide high-skilled training and case management services to residents of El Paso County who need the occupational skills necessary to access in demand jobs that pay a family-sustaining living wage, with benefits and a career path. Project ARRIBA promotes a working partnership between community-based organizations, training institutions, and private corporate partners. Project ARRIBA provides the financial, educational, and social support systems needed for at-risk students to access, persist, complete long-term training that results in a degree or credential in a demand occupation, and be job placed.
